These terms and conditions are set out based on the details below and are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.

The terms are provided with references to third parties, their services and products. Global Transfers Limited, hereinafter known as the 'Company', is not liable under any event, whether special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage and on any theory of liability, arising out of, or in connection the use or performance of this information.

This information may include technical or other errors. Changes will be periodically added to the information herein and incorporated in any new editions of the terms and conditions.

The Company links in this information take the visitor to third party sites. The Company is not responsible for any content contained on third party sites and we provide these links as a convenience and does not imply endorsement by the company.

The Company shall endeavour to keep the information correct at all times and any booking made by the visitor is governed by the terms and conditions specified by the relevant third parties at all times.

Terms

Account Facilities are provided at the discretion of Global Transfers Ltd. and on the strict understanding that all accounts will be settled within 21 days of date of invoice.

We reserve the right to alter our charges at any time. Should a card fail to debit we reserve the right to charge a £25.00 fee for administration costs. Further attempts to charge and non payment within two calendar months will result in an increase to 50% of the invoice total being added.

All queries pertaining to Invoices must be made within 21 days from date of invoice. After that, payments must have been paid for rectification procedures to take effect. Any redress shall be at the discretion of Global Transfers Ltd.

Account Credit Facilities are subject to an agreed administration fee of which VAT will be charged only. VAT will NOT be charged on the net total. Clients are not to deduct sums from invoice totals, whether in dispute or any other reason without the express written consent and an issued ‘Credit Authorisation Notification’ from Global Transfers Ltd.

When booking, to facilitate a speedy response from our staff and accounting procedures please provide the Account reference No., Passenger Name, Internal reference Nos. in addition to the journey information.

Global Transfers Ltd will not accept any responsibility for the misuse of an account Credit Facility by a member of the account holders staff or associate nor for fraudulent use by a former employee or associate.

Account Clients are to pay in full any amounts charged and verified by documented signature to their account. Clients must pay attention to the details on the drivers’ XDA handset that will be issued for signature on completion of a journey. In particular, the ‘waiting time’ and ‘phone call’ sections should be completed by the client.

A client signature is a legally bound commitment to pay. In-car Phone charges cost are set per minute at £1.00 local /UK calls, £2.00 European and Overseas calls. Other In-car services i.e., Internet and Email are at the discretion of the Chauffeur and dependant on availability.

Parking and Toll charges are to be paid by the client as appropriate. In the case of Query or Complaint of a particular Service or Chauffeur a client must quote the Journey ref No. on the driver’s identification No. as shown on the drivers Photo card ID badge.

Our reputation is dependent on good customer service and any incidents will be carefully investigated and dealt with in accordance with its findings. Conversely, should praise be forthcoming we will pass on your comments.

A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed, but luggage which, in the opinion of the chauffeur amounts to excessive weight may not be carried. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other item; however such loss or damage may be caused.

Passengers are fully indemnified against loss or injury whilst in our vehicles. Under the terms of our insurance policy the company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own chauffeurs from driving their vehicles ad can only seat the number of passengers according to that vehicles capacity.

The Company and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passengers who are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to either chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passengers.

The driver is entitled to charge via Global Transfers Ltd for any damage, soiling or breakages to the vehicle, this may also include a charge for loss of earnings while the vehicle is out of service. Tours or ‘as directed’ journeys are deemed to start and finish at our London Operating Centre.

Global Transfers Ltd will make every effort to get a passenger to their destination on time. Should Breakdown, Severe Traffic or adverse weather conditions prevent a journey completion then reasonable attempts to procure an alternative method of transport will be sought.

Global Transfers Ltd however cannot guarantee, nor accept responsibility for failure, to complete a journey.

All clients MUST wear Safety belts and adhere to our strict No Smoking policy within vehicles. Should any passenger wish to smoke during their journey.

Arrangements can be made to stop the vehicle at a convenient location. Waiting time levies will be applied. Cancellation charges apply after a driver has been dispatched.

Where a driver has reached his pickup point the base fare for the booked journey will be applied. Any further charges will be at the discretion of our London Operating Centre.

Without prior notice: The Company reserves the rights to amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions whenever necessary.
